The View on Water Street

in Wilmington, NC

The View on Water StreetAwe-inspiring river views and downtown Wilmington’s skyline are a natural extension of your home. Sunlight flows through immense windows, spacious balconies stretch out over the water. Gardens envelop a pool, a hot tub, and al fresco dining on the rooftop. Wilmington’s tree-lined cobblestone streets, with their horse-drawn carriages and centuries-old mansions, will soon witness the transformation of a historic address into a new luxury condominium residence: The View on Water Street.

RiverwalkThis eleven-story structure has been designed to blend the grandeur of the past with modern convenience and luxury appointments. The 32 unique floor plans of the 71 graceful residences, five of which are penthouses, range from 711 to 2,330 square feet. Oversized waterfront balconies, walls of windows, designer kitchens and bathrooms, and available gas fireplaces are a few of the thoughtfully crafted details. Standard upgrades include designer stainless steel appliances, frosted glass cabinets, European style lighting fixtures, and hardwood flooring. Luxury amenities abound: concierge services around-the-clock, and a fitness center, theatre room, and Wi-Fi throughout. After utilizing the assigned lower parking, you can mingle with neighbors and friends in the 7,000 square feet of retail space at the street level. The balmy climate of the port city are best enjoyed at the rooftop plaza, with its swimming pool, hot tub with water feature, outdoor dining, and intimate gathering space with 15-foot gas fireplace. Here you’ll find a bird’s eye view of the sunset over the river and the city skyline.

River viewMoney magazine deemed Wilmington as one of the top 10 cities in which to buy real estate, but this comes as no surprise, as it is one of the most charming coastal cities in the country. The famous riverwalk features cafes, upscale dining, and dynamic nightlife. Shop at fashionable boutiques and antique shops, or take in the art galleries and museums. In exchange for a short drive, you’ll find the southeast’s most scenic beaches and championship golf courses. Screen Gems Studios selected this port city as the location for 180 films last year alone. Immense blue skies over the Cape Fear River. Multi-hued cafe umbrellas. White sails in the sunset. And The View on Water Street, opening in 2009.

Would like additional brochures, pictures and any other magazines and materials that you think might be beneficial to someone considering moving to Wilmington. I am an avid golfer so I’m definitely interested in the golf courses, golf membership and homes availables. We also love the idea of cobblestone streets, gas lanterns and quaint little shops and restaurants. We truly adore historic type homes and we hear that you have the widest selection of historic homes in the country. We surely want to check in to those possibly for sale and acreages that go along with them. Thanks in advance and we look forward to our upcoming trip to Wilmington! Thanks :-)
