One Charlotte, Uptown’s first ultra-luxe condominium tower, is being developed by Portman Holdings, owner and developer of The Westin Charlotte in North Carolina. Rising adjacent to the hotel, One Charlotte promises to emerge as the most exclusive and elegant high-rise address in the Queen City, with a vast array of unparalleled amenities and personalized services, appealing to both the artistic and creative senses. Placing art as the focal point of design, company founder John Portman perhaps the best known hotel architect in the world, as well as an artist, author, and sculptor person-ally designed the 40-story tower as a living work of art.
